Today's topic is going to be about Superfoods and why you need to incorporate them into your diet as soon as possible! Superfoods contain various health benefits and a higher nutritional value compared to regular food.
Superfoods…
- consist of higher amounts of vitamins, nutrients and active ingredients
- are untreated, wild grown organic products
- are wholesome and holistic
- are not always tasty
- are mostly from tropical or arctic regions
Below is a list of 15 Superfoods that you can impliment into your diet starting today as well as an example of a what a day could look like for you if you decided to incorporate some of the options from now on.

What a day filled with nutritious Superfoods could look like for you:
Start your day with a cup of ginger tea. Optionally, you could add in some tumeric, too. For breakfast, you could mix different kinds of berries into your cereal or yoghurt. If you have to work that day, just prepare a salad and a green smoothie beforehand. Try adding horseradish, which is a type of cruciferous to your dressing in order to make it even healthier. Once you get home, just make yourself a bottle of pomegranate juice, which will last you for the rest of the day. For dinner, you could spread some guacamole with oregano on a few slices of wholegrain bread. As a side dish Sauerkraut with hemp seed oil would be great. If you're craving a snack, a healthy choice is pumpkin seeds, papaya seeds or almonds.
