1. What is your name? My name is Kicki with ck, like you want to kick somebody. 2. How old are you? I'm 26. 3. How often do you eat at Tasty Healthy? I come hear almost every week. I really like it here, because it makes me feel healthy and it's not that expensive. I usually don't eat that healthy, though. It's only due to my business trip to Japan that I haven't been here for three months. 4. What is your job? I'm a Senior Content Executive at Moon Shoot. Basically I'm responsible for the content marketing. Actually that's my boss over there. He is having a lunch meeting though. 5. Are you interested in health and fitness? I would love to focus more on that topic, but unfortunately I just don't have time. 6. How did you hear about Tasty Healthy? The restaurant actually used to be run by two owners, a man and a woman. The man doesn't work here anymore, but that's how I got to know this place. He is the boyfriend of a friend of a friend of mine, who also works in the same company as me. 7. How long do you think has it been since they opened up this restaurant? Not that long. The first time I heard about it was six months ago. 8. What is your favorite dish? It's called Panaam Red Curry, but unfortunately they didn't have it today. Oh and I also have a Sandwich I really like, but it's not actually on the menu. The owner made it just for me as she was trying out new recipes. You need to try it. Just tell her you want to have the Kicki Sandwich. 9. What did you order instead? I ordered Black Pepper Chicken with rice. Friend 1: The same. Friend 2: On the menu it's called Herbal rice salad, but it's basically just a healthier version of Kao Yam, which is a southern Thai dish. 10. Are there any other restaurants in Bangkok that you like? Yes, I Love Jamie's Burger, which is right next door, and obviously Thai street food. Thai food used to be really healthy, but not anymore, because of all the Chinese oils that they use nowadays. 11. Do you cook at home? No, but my mother does. I still live at home. 12. Do you enjoy living with your family? No, not really to be honest. My dad always checks on me and my two sisters. We always have to be home at 12 am at the latest. My sister fights a lot with my parents, because she parties a lot. She really likes the nightlife. 13. What is your favorite Thai dish? It's called Ka Pao, which can be translated to Basil chicken in English. It's so good! You definitely need to try it! 14. What do you like to do in your free time when you don't have to work? I also have a blog, where I like to write about music. Sometimes I also share my travel experiences. I blogged a lot of my year abroad in Brazil as an exchange student for example. There I also met a lot of Germans.

Thx so much for the Interview Kicki! It was so much fun! XX

Sincerely,

Rebecca & Laura
