What is your name?

My name is Duan. It is Thai for moon.

Do you come here often?

No, actually just once a month.

How did you hear about this restaurant?

I work and live at the Chulalongkorn Hospital, which is really close by. One of my colleagues told me about this place and I knew it was close by, so I decided to try it.

Do you like it here?

Yes, I love organic, healthy food, so this place is perfect!

What is your favorite dish on their menu?

It's what I'm having for lunch today actually. It's a pork curry. The Thai name for it is Panangmoo.

Is it difficult to find healthy food in Bangkok?

No, but it's expensive. Street food normally costs around 40 Baht. Here I pay almost three times as much.

Do you cook at home?

Yes, but not in Bangkok. I'm originally from the East of Thailand. Whenever I go to visit my family there, we always cook and the ingredients we use are always organic.

Where do you go grocery shopping?

I like Siam Paragon. They have amazing organic food.

What other healthy restaurants in Bangkok do you recommend?

Vista Café is one of my favorites, because it sells gluten free pasteries.

Thanks to Duan for the lovely interview and photos!
